- It is an extender for DOS basically but includes such things as
- Turbo Vision and a few linker goodies. In essence, it has a different linker
- altogether. It has been on the market for 2 years now and is a GREAT piece
- of work as it offers seamless protected mode in 16 and 32 bits and does not
- require lots of attached modules in order to run, only one RTM program..
